Alle Vettovaglie

Alle Vettovaglie is a place dedicated to food located in the centre of Livorno's Mercato Centrale, in the navel of Labronica food and wine, in contact with all the artisans of taste. The fresh produce purchased at the market is freshly prepared, transformed into small bites, skilfully designed to satiate without tiring the digestion.
Street food, but also to be savoured at the counter. The dishes change cyclically with respect for seasonality and tradition. To accompany the food, wines are selected by the Hosts/Sommeliers. The mission is to make people discover that behind food there is curiosity, simplicity, study and application, and that through taste one can discover the history and tradition of a city and its people.
