Château Carpe Diem is a winery located in the town of Cotignac, at the gateway to the Haut Var, amidst fragrant hills and green plateaus, where nature expresses itself with generosity.
The vineyard covers twenty hectares in the Côtes de Provence AOC territory. It is cultivated according to organic farming principles and certified by Ecocert. Thanks to their work in the vineyards, the Philipon Vigrain family produces white, rosé and red wines from traditional Provençal vines, a faithful expression of the terroir.
