The 'trattoria' was born out of the desire of three friends, who later became partners, to keep the idea of traditional Livorno cuisine alive. The restaurant is located in a building dating back to the second half of the 19th century, in the heart of the city of Livorno, where in 1885 a certain Pilade Cipriani had opened the fiaschetteria of the same name, which was frequented by illustrious personalities such as Giovanni Pascoli, Giosuè Carducci and Pietro Mascagni. The menu is based on traditional Livorno recipes recovered on the basis of historical and literary research.

Here it is possible to savour the Tuscan tradition with fish and meat dishes in a context of intense antique flavour proposed with all the refinement of modern cuisine. The host welcomes you with the professionalism and friendliness that characterises the Tuscan people and the people of Labron in particular.
