Manalù Bistrot & Bakery Lab

A unique place where you can have breakfast, groceries, lunch or dinner, with an open laboratory where you can watch all stages of production. The special feature is that everything produced and/or served is 100% gluten free. The cosy location has relaxation areas and armchairs to enjoy a pleasant break while consuming genuine products, such as organic drinks, apple juices and freshly baked pastries.
The à la carte dinner has a bistro-style menu and a selection of local and national wines.
The main location in Piazza della Sinagoga, right in the city centre, is flanked by Panino Manalù, located inside Livorno's historic Mercato delle Vettovaglie, with delicious stuffed baguettes accompanied by excellent 100% gluten free beers.
