Nicholas Fontanini Guida Ambientale Escursionistica

An environmental hiking guide, Nicholas Fontanini has been working for years in collaboration with three other colleagues: Stefano Lera, Manuel Bini, and Daniele Bonini, promoting himself under the name of Wildtrails.
Thanks to his profound knowledge of the area, Nicholas can organise and accompany excursions in the provinces of Lucca and Massa Carrara, mainly on the Alpe Apuane, Appennino Tosco Emiliano, Colline Lucchesi, Val di Lima-Media valle, and Garfagnana.
Some of the guides were born in these valleys, others have chosen them as their home, others have arrived here by chance and can no longer do without Garfagnana.
They all share a boundless love for this land of sharp peaks, mighty ridges, enchanted villages and endless forests.
Since 2015, the Wildtrails team has been creating fully customisable hiking experiences, trekking, incentive tours, immersive and transformative adventures.
For schools, there is a wide range of educational activities, environmental education workshops and excursions suitable for all levels.
